Our Mandate

The Peace Regional SPCA's mission is to provide food, shelter, medical care and the opportunity for adoption to unwanted, surrendered, lost and unclaimed animals while promoting responsible pet ownership through its educational programs and public fundraising events.

Two Cats

  • Finding forever families for adoptable animals;

  • Reuniting lost pets and their owners;

  • Controlling overpopulation of small animals through spaying/neutering;

  • Educating the public regarding responsible pet ownership and respect for animal life;

  • Securing basic medical services for animals in need; and

  • Cooperate with the Town of Peace River in addressing the problem of unwanted and neglected small animals.
